to begin.
Classic gin recipes for serving inspiration. These are starting points to explore, rather than tested Gin Sultan signature recipes.
Gin & tonic
Ingredients: 50 ml gin, 150 ml tonic water, ice and a slice of lemon.
Method: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, pour in the tonic and stir gently. Garnish with lemon.
A simple serve that leaves room to explore the gin’s botanical character.
Dry martini
Ingredients: 60 ml gin, 10 ml dry vermouth, ice and a lemon twist.
Method: Stir the gin and vermouth with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with the lemon twist.
A restrained classic that puts the spirit at the centre.
Negroni
Ingredients: 30 ml gin, 30 ml Campari, 30 ml sweet vermouth, ice and an orange peel.
Method: Stir all three ingredients with ice. Serve in a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with orange peel.
